Calendar for 2007-08
September 6 — Monthly meeting in the cafeteria at 2:30 pm.
Issues for September: Adopting Chapter By-laws, community service programs for the year; new member recruitment; committee organization, homecoming banner, and new t-shirt design “Lead by Serving.”

Special Olympics has started up with a Swim Meet September 8 and a Bowling Tournament September 15. Contact Mr. Kenney to volunteer.

October 11 — Monthly meeting in the cafeteria at 2:30 pm.
Membership Renewal — $10 dues and pledge to participate in Service Activities
Vote on Chapter By-laws

November 1 — Monthly meeting in the cafeteria at 2:30 pm.
Annual Thanksgiving baskets for needy

November 15 — New member induction 6:30 pm in the auditorium.

December 6 — Monthly meeting in the cafeteria at 2:30 pm.

December 10 Deadline for National Scholarship applications (seniors only)

By December 14, Waivers for Citrus Parade Float Decorating due back to Mr. Kenney along with your commitment for which days and shifts — four hours per shift.

January 17, 2008 Deadline for 12 hours Beta service credit to preserve active status.

January 29, 2008 — Second Chance Induction — All members must be present in lieu of monthly meeting. In the auditorium at 6:30 pm in suits and afternoon attire. Ceremonies begin promptly at 7 pm.

February 7 — Monthly meeting in the cafeteria at 2:30 pm.

March 6 — Monthly meeting in the cafeteria at 2:30 pm.

April 10 — Monthly meeting in the cafeteria at 2:30 pm.
