All choirs at MPA received a superior in the sight-reading room. The sight-reading component of MPAs is the most difficult. Students must sing two exercises that they have never seen before - one focusing on rhythms, and the other focusing on melodic comprehension. The sight-reading room tests whether or not students are becoming proficient at reading music. We are happy for our students' success!

The choral program at University High School is the largest music group on campus!
Welcome back! We hope that all of our chorus students and their families have had a great summer and are ready to sing!
Our number one priority is to make sure that all of our students are receiving a world-class music education here at University High School. We know that this year will be a great experience for all students involved in the choral program.
PARENTS - please click on the volunteer link at the top of the page as soon as possible. This allows you to chaperone all of our events, including the Walt Disney World Candlelight Processional.
If any students or parents have questions about the program please feel free to send an email to Justin Chase or Brigitte Emenheiser by clicking on our names. Let's have a great year!
