Million Minute Reader
This program encourages teachers, students, and families to count the minutes that they spend reading at home and in school. These minutes are then tallied by the classroom teacher and submitted to the chairperson of this program. At the end of each month, the classroom with the most minutes for their grade level is recognized on the LKW morning show. The class with the overall most minutes will be able to display the golden dolphin in their classroom.
