Welcome to another great year at Lee Middle School. I am excited about the many opportunities for global learning in this 8th grade IB Language Arts class. In addition to our SpringBoard curriculum, we will also be participating in many writing projects, including the Rebel Yell school newspaper, a class book project, and pen pals with students from other countries. Through writer's notebooks, reading logs, and personal vocabulary lists, students will improve writing, reading, and vocabulary skills.
