The vision of the
Lake Silver
Elementary Math Magnet
program is to allow all students the opportunity to explore math in a creative and engaging way, while providing learners with the meaningful skills necessary to achieve success in a technically advancing world. Based on grade level themes, Lake Silver’s Math Magnet program assures that all students are actively participating in relevant, real-world mathematics. This program will enhance and support reading, writing, and other academic areas, by demonstrating that math is found in everyday situations and intertwined with other subjects.
