Who's Mrs. Hale
Enthusiastic, cheerful, honest, and devoted are the words, that I would say, best describe me.
I grew up in Long Island, NY. I went to Oneonta State College where I received a Bachelor's in Elementary Ed. with a minor in History. I went into teaching so I could do the things I absolutely love to do; Sing, Act, and help children progress to their highest potential.
My husband and I moved down to Florida in 1998. I got a position, as a fourth grade teacher, at Deerwood Elementary School in Poinciana. The drive was quite far, leading me to a much desired school, Bay Meadows. I was offered a fifth grade position and I have been there ever since.
I come from a very strong family with two older brothers and a step-brother. We have a beautiful son named Maxwell who is the apple of my eye.
Our dog, Maggie, gets non-stop action when Max wakes up until the minute Max goes to sleep. She loves every minute of it!
A few of my favorite things to do is go to Disney World, read, play the piano, listen to music, going to Broadway plays, playing racquetball and shopping.

As a teacher, I have learned that every child has the ability to learn. I spend a great deal of time trying to establish the best techniques possible to help each child reach their highest potential.
