Welcome to the seventh grade and to what will be your best and most memorable middle school year!

My name is Mr. Daniel Avilés and this is my tenth year teaching Physical Science at AMMS. The purpose of this informational science class handout is to share vital class information with students and their parents. Working together from day one, I know that we can make this school year a successful one.

Parents: If you have any questions or concerns, now or during the school year, please do not hesitate to call, email, write, or schedule a parent conference. A quick and easy way to communicate with any of your child’s teachers is by means of his/her planner. You can write in the Parent-Teacher comment
section, and instruct your child to show it to me. I will read it and proceed to write or call back.
