If you are interested in being a chaperone on any of our field trips, it is necessary to fill out an Additions Volunteer application. This form needs to be completed each year. You must complete the Additions application online at
https://volunteer.ocps.net/Additions.asp It takes approximately 5-6 weeks to process this paperwork. Additionally, a Field Trip Application Form must also be completed. This form needs to be filled out for each field trip that you attend. Please stop in the school office and fill out the required applications if you are planning on attending a field trip, or send a note with your student that you would like the necessary paperwork sent home to you. Orange County Public Schools will not allow any adult volunteer/chaperone to attend a field trip function without the above paperwork completed and processed. Monies also will not be accepted from any adult who has not been approved.
