Waterford Elementary Media Center strives to help students and staff become effective users of information and materials so that they may become independent, lifelong learners, and to foster in all students a love of reading and literature.
The Media Center operates on an open/flexible schedule. Students may visit the Media Center from 9:00 to 2:45 P.M. Kindergarten and first grade students are allowed to check out one book, second grade students are allowed two books, third through fifth grade students may check out two books or one book and one magazine. The check-out period for materials is 14 days. Encyclopedias are available for overnight check-out.
