Welcome to Third Grade! I am looking forward to a great year filled with learning and fun!
Let me tell you a little bit about my self. My name is Nicole Carsten. I was born in southern California. I moved to Florida after graduating from college and now call Florida my home. My husband's name is Keith. He owns his own law firm. We have been married for 2 years. On March 08 we had a little boy named Jake. He is the light of our lives! We enjoy doing many things as a family. We love spending time on the lake, travelling, and being outside. In my spare time I love to run and read.
As you will find out, I am an avid reader. I find this a great way to learn about things. One of my biggest goals each school year is to get my students to love it just as much as I do. This is my 8th year teaching. I have taught third grade for 7 years and first grade for one year. I look forward to teaching third grade again. I have taught at Bay Meadows for 7 years. I am very fortunate to be working with such a great group of people, who are so caring and kind.
