5. Events. Is our classroom involved in an event?

6. Communication between you and our class is the best step to teaching our children.

7. Reading and Writing and ... Our web page gives the students an opportunity to write stories.

8. Friends from all over. Communication through the internet to other classrooms, to parents or even to our troops where ever they are.

9. Distant relations. It would be great grandmothers, aunts and cousins who live in cities far away from our school - to see what we are up to.

10. Homesick. A great way to let them know what the current homework assignment is. Likewise for students who are homebound or hospitalized. A wonderful way for your students to feel connected with their peers.
