Earlier in November, 2006, Disney World announced the winners of their annual five county competition for innovative classroom practices, called the Disney Teacherrific Awards. The competition rewards teachers and schools for coming up with new ways to reach students imaginations and increase their interest in school. Our own Video Game Development class taught by Mr. Ackerman was given a “Top Program”award. Congratulations to Mr. Ackerman and the students in the class who are making learning fun!
